Monthly plans are active for a period of 30 days and so are the minutes. Unused minutes of a monthly plan will not be added to your next month balance. Unused minutes expire at the end of the 30 day usage period. Check the expiry date of your minutes in your online account.

Your minutes will carry over only with one exception, for one month only, when you upgrade/downgrade or renew your plan before the end of the billing cycle.
